Alejandra was raised in the Dallas area. At eighteen years old, she radically encountered the Lord in her bedroom and has been faithfully following the Lord since. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Texas at Arlington, and while pursuing her degree she answered her call to ministry at summer camp. Her call to ministry led her to step into the Lakepointe School of Ministry summer internship program where she was able to serve in different areas of ministry including first impressions, kids ministry, student ministry, and special needs ministry. During the internship, the Lord confirmed her calling and pointed her to the School of Ministry residency program. While at Lakepointe, she has stepped into kids ministry and has fallen in love with making the gospel accessible to everyone. Serving in kids ministry has allowed her to pastor and shepherd the people she leads and equip them to pour into the next generation. She is passionate about making sure that every single person she encounters feels loved, known and seen as they are by the Lord.

The Lord has been diligent in seeking after Brittany since she was born in Dallas, Texas. As a result of her God-fearing parents, Brittany encountered numerous men and women of the faith who were dedicated to proclaiming the name of Jesus. Even as Brittany was far from God, He continued to press into her affections through ministries such as Young Life, Breakaway and her childhood youth group at North Highlands Bible Church. God brought Brittany to her knees in surrender during her junior year of high school, igniting a fire within her for the Lord. As God guided her to Texas A&M University, He utilized the Baptist Student Ministry to reveal Brittany’s brokenness and desperate need for community. Brittany was able to care for the lost in international outreach groups, hear the testimonies of believers in bible studies and mentor women in their walk with God in discipleship coordination. This empowered Brittany to become a 4th grade teacher in Richardson, Texas, after graduating from college. She discovered here that she was made to spark authenticity in young people for the will of God. During this year of refinement, Brittany recognized strongholds in the ministry of re:generation that were keeping her captive from fully following God and she was baptized as a true reflection of her faith in Jesus. With a softened heart, Brittany recognized and received her call from God into full-time ministry. She stepped out in boldness to leave teaching and join the School of Ministry at Lakepointe. God has only further confirmed His movement in her heart to help others discover Christ. In working with the next generation of believers through kids ministry, student ministry and young adult ministry, Brittany now delights in making God known everywhere she goes for His glory.

Josh was raised in the Dallas area. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing and felt a call to ministry shortly after while serving at a student camp with Lakepointe Church. Through Lakepointe, Josh has experienced a wide range of ministry serving in Students, being a part of a team helping with a church launch in Brunswick, Maine, and serving with a team doing outreach with a partner in Guatemala. Josh has a passion for prayer and seeing communities grow in their reliance on the Holy Spirit through prayer together, as well as seeing people deepen their relationship with the Lord through Spiritual Formation practices. He also has a heart for hearing people’s stories and helping them walk in their stories and tell others of how God has redeemed their brokenness through His love, for His glory.

Isaac was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley along the U.S.-Mexico border. Growing up, Isaac was immersed in the local church from an early age. Whether cleaning church pews, doing parking lot duty, teaching kids' class, or leading worship, he eagerly served in any way he could. Isaac studied at the University of Texas RGV, where he majored in psychology. He then attended Christ For The Nations Institute, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in theology and Christian Ministries, majoring in Youth and Worship. During his time at CFNI, Isaac served as a core leader in the Hispanic Student Ministry and as a Worship Leader with CFNI Worship, leading events and serving in leadership positions for three years. He then applied to the Lakepointe School of Ministry to further his ministry training. Being a resident at Lakepointe has allowed him to expand his experience within the local church; his leadership skills have been tested and stretched, as has his love for Christ and commitment to His work. With a heart devoted to ministry and service, he is eager to serve the local church in even greater ways. His calling is to Christ first, and to the local Church.
