WEEKLY THERAPY
Traditional therapy involves meeting for a one-hour session with your therapist each week. This format supports individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of issues or difficult situations but is not recommended for marriages in crisis.
INTENSIVE THERAPY
Intensive therapy is a powerful format that allows couples and individuals to make progress in a few days that might traditionally take months of counseling to achieve. Couples and individuals will be counseled for an extended time of 3 hours to 4 days. Whether you come in by yourself, with your partner, or as a family, our goal is to create a safe place to explore your life and relationships.
CREATED FOR CONNECTION
Created for Connection is a two-day relationship enhancement workshop where couples work with professional counselors and learn tools to repair, enhance and continually grow the connection in their relationship. Call for the next workshop dates and to register.
