In an old bait house more than 40 years ago, 7 dedicated families humbly started Lakepointe Church with one goal: to serve the young families moving into their community. Today, over 20,000 people meet each week in 2 languages across multiple locations, with a desire to help you become the person God created you to be. Lakepointe is a movement for all people to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover their Calling, and Make a Difference.
The heartbeat of Lakepointe is…
To create environments and experiences that welcome and engage attendees at each of our locations. Our goal is for Lakepointe to be a place you can call home. To do that, we’ve created “small churches” within the church, through our Life Groups. This is where real honest relationships are formed as you grow together in Christ.
To create opportunities to support our mission partners all over the world. Our heart is to step into the gaps in our communities and be ambassadors of the Gospel. Today, thanks to the generosity of the people of Lakepointe, we are able to resource and support over 40+ local, 57 national and 20 international partners.
To train the next generation of church leaders in our School of Ministry. Through theological training, spiritual formation and ministry experience, we will be able to equip young ministry leaders to go out and reach people for Jesus across the world.
Lakepointe is a movement for all people to Know Christ, Live Free, and Change the World for God's Glory. With 6 DFW locations and programs for all ages, there's something for everyone. We're so glad you're here!
