“I am vine, you are the branches.”

John 15:5a

Branches, plural. We were not meant to do life alone. We need each other. No grapevine branch is successful if it is not joined with other branches. We encounter God when we worship together and when we participate in Life Groups.

PRAY FOR SELF:
God, thank you for the people in my life that encourage me. Give me someone on my path today that I can encourage in their walk with you. Make my life a representation to others of your goodness and grace. I pray for our Life Groups, that our community will encounter Jesus and become deeper, stronger disciples. In Jesus’ name, amen.

PRAY FOR CHURCH:
God, we pray we may be a church that is known by how much we love to come together as the people of God. In a culture that struggles with loneliness and isolation, may others see in us a community of rich relationships that is grounded in your goodness. In Jesus’ name, amen.
