WEEK TWO

PSALM 16:11

Tuesday, September 10

“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.”

John 15:7-8

How do we bring God glory through our lives? By following Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us into His likeness. Just as a healthy tree bears fruit, when we receive spiritual nourishment from Jesus, we will bear fruit.

PRAY FOR SELF:
God, I want you to be glorified in my life. Use your Holy Spirit to bring my character into alignment with your Son. Produce the fruit of the Spirit in me in a way that others will take notice and give you glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.

PRAY FOR CHURCH:
God, we pray that you may glorify yourself in our people. Create in us clean hands and a pure heart. Manifest your presence. We ask that others may see your glory, majesty and beauty through our body of believers. In Jesus’ name, amen.
