Inside Lakepointe is a one-day experience designed to open the doors of Lakepointe to church staff and ministry leaders for focused learning and collaboration. Spend the day alongside our team as we share our ministry philosophy, leadership practices, and how we navigate growth across multiple campuses and ministries.
You’ll even participate in our monthly All-Staff meeting, giving you a real-time look at how our team leads and develops ministry.

What to expect
Inside LP is designed for multisite church staff and ministry leaders involved in campus operations, ministry leadership, or team development.
Throughout the day, you’ll:
• Participate in a live Lakepointe staff meeting
• Learn about Lakepointe’s ministry philosophy and leadership culture
• Explore how we navigate growth across multiple campuses
• Connect with other church leaders and ministry teams
• Walk away with practical ideas you can implement at your church

Who is this event for?
Inside LP is designed for multisite church staff and leaders involved in campus operations, ministry leadership, or team development.
Is there a limit to how many people from my church can attend?
Yes. To allow more churches to participate, each church may register up to 10 staff members.
What does my registration include?
Your registration includes coffee, snacks, and lunch, featuring Chick-fil-A sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
What should I wear?
Dress is casual and comfortable. We recommend bringing layers, as room temperatures may vary.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
We will offer a few menu options; however, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. If you have specific needs, we recommend planning accordingly.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes. Simply email events@lakepointe.church.
Is there a cost to attend?
Yes. There is a nominal fee of $29 per person. This will cover coffee, snacks, lunch, and more!
