We’re getting ready for three fun-filled weeks at United Camp, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! You can make a difference in the lives of students and help create an unforgettable experience for our middle and high schoolers.

We hope these answers to some frequently asked questions will help. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

WHERE IS UNITED CAMP THIS YEAR?

High School students will travel to Glorieta Adventure Camp, a beautiful 2,400-acre property overlooking the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in Glorieta, NM. Middle School students will spend time in the Texas Hill Country at Carolina Creek in Huntsville.

HOW WILL MY STUDENTS TRAVEL TO CAMP?

Students and leaders will travel to camp in a chartered motorcoach.

For High School students, we estimate a 12-hour trip from the Dallas area with a check-in time of 6 AM on June 24 and return on June 28 around 7 PM.

For Middle School students, we estimate a 5-hour trip from the Dallas area, with check-in at noon on June 5 (for 5/6 Graders) and June 9 (for 7/8 Graders), and return times of 4 PM on June 9 (for 5/6 Graders) and June 13 (for 7/8 Graders).

WHERE WILL MY STUDENT BE STAYING?

Students and leaders will enjoy bunk-style lodging in dorms. Each room features bunk beds with in-room sinks and a shared toilet and shower area. We will house students in designated areas by biological sex. Students will provide bedding.

WHY IS UNITED CAMP SPLIT INTO DIFFERENT WEEKS?

United Camp will be divided into smaller groups based on your students’ age to provide a more intentional and unique experience. This will allow students to connect with their peers on a deeper level and build lasting relationships with others who are walking through the same stage of life.

WILL THERE BE A PRICE INCREASE?

Prices for United Camp will increase as we get closer to the event, so sign your students up today to get the best price for camp! The cost increase schedule is:

Middle School:
October 8 – April 4: Discounted Rate ($500)
As of April 5: Regular Rate ($550)

High School:
October 8 – April 4: Discounted Rate ($615)
As of April 5: Regular Rate ($665)

WILL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BE AVAILABLE?

We do offer financial assistance for families that are unable to pay the full cost of camp. See your campus student pastor for a financial assistance form or if you have any questions.
