INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR

CHECK-IN PROCESS

When you arrive, go directly to the check-in computers where you will type in the parent phone number or the number of the person who registered the child. Please arrive early to complete this check-in process!

Next, you will receive your child’s name tag, in-slip and out-slip. Your child’s name tag will go on the front of your child’s shirt, and you will hand your child’s in-slip to their pack leader.

It is very important that you keep your child’s out-slip, as that will be used to securely check your child out at the end of each day. We highly recommend that you take a photo of your child’s out-slip each day, as your child’s pack leader will only release a child to an adult who has their out-slip or a photo of their out-slip on their phone for that day.

Kids in the same color group who want to be in the same pack as their friend should walk into the worship center together, so they can be assigned to the same pack.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A

LOST OUT-SLIP

If you lose your child’s out-slip, go to a manned station where a volunteer will confirm the person picking up is eligible; then they will reprint a slip for pickup.

Warehouse 45:
Check-in for grades 4 & 5 is located at Pier 419 Student building. Kids will receive an in-slip, but not an out-slip. All Warehouse 45 attendees are self-release, so please plan ahead for a meeting spot.

Merch will be for sale in the baptistry and Pier 419 during the week of KidQuest. Merch will also be sold during regular weekend services in the outpost (upstairs in the C building).

TOWN EAST
